We have a farmstead line of Raw Cheddar made with Certified Organic Milk from Grass-fed Holstein Cows. In the hot Oregon summer weather, remember the importance of keeping cheese and other dairy products refrigerated. When shopping at the store, select your dairy products right before you check out. At the farmer’s market, we offer a service of keeping your purchase cold in our coolers until you are finished shopping. This will preserve the flavor and quality of your favorite Full Circle Creamery cheese.
