We’ve had a lot of fun collaborating with Bombs over the years. First, we’ve eaten there a bunch since we moved to Corvallis in ’99. Then, Brian shared a lot of his “research brie” with the bartenders, chefs, and wait staff while he was working on his Masters at OSU. Then, he got a lot of feedback from the employees while we were developing our recipes at the OSU Dairy Pilot Plant in ’11. Now, we are using their Diablo Sauce to make Diablo Cheddar! This tasty cheese on the specials menu and being used in many delicious and artful ways.
