Falling Sky Brewing

It a pleasure to have our cheeses featured in the ever-changing menu at Falling Sky Brewing in Eugene.  It’s located on Oak Alley just off 13th street between Oak and Willamette.  This friendly restaurant has community style seating that encourages mingling and meeting  new friends.  They offer a 25 cent discount on beer when it’s raining, too.   Currently, they are melting our Smoked Cheddar in their Braised Oxtail Poutine.  There is also talk of making a cheesy sauce with the Smoked Cheddar as well.  It’s always exciting to see what the chefs will do with our cheese next!
